Pop upstart, Chlöe Howl continues her climb this week with not one, but two new clips.
The first is the official video for the singer’s new single “Paper Heart”, which sees the young Londoner throwing her own dance street-party. The latter is a live, acoustic cover of ”Millionare” by Kelis.
