
Cardi B is trying to trademark her "Okurrr" phrase
Cardi B has filed a document to trademark her famous "Okurrr" catchphrase.
The rapper has applied to trademark the phrase for merchandising purposes, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
"Okurrr" is apparently going to be printed onto "paper goods, namely paper cups and posters."
Explaining the phrase, which she recently used in her Pepsi advert, to Jimmy Fallon on his show last year, Cardi B said it's like a "cold pigeon in New York City", which is pretty spot on to be fair.
According to The Blast, the Bronx rapper has applied to trademark the phrase spelt two ways, with three R's and two R's.
Earlier this week Cardi B was announced for her first feature film role in Hustlers.
