Bon Iver confirms second album details
Bon Iver, the nom de plume of Justin Vernon, has unveiled the details of his eponymous sophomore album. Due out on 20 June via 4AD, the record was crafted over three years and promises to expand on the rustic acoustics of his stunning debut: building an intricate and densely layered soundscape whilst keeping Vernon’s beautiful, hushed choral vocals at the forefront.
The full track listing for Bon Iver is as follows:
1. Perth
2. Minnesota, WI
3. Holocene
4. Towers
5. Michicant
6. Hinnom, TX
7. Wash.
8. Calgary
9. Lisbon, OH
10. Beth/Rest
Ahead of the release of any new material, which I for one am extremely excited and yet also apprehensive about, you can catch a 50 second teaser video on Bon Iver’s website.
