Bloc Party look to the past and the future on new offering "Virtue"
Bloc Party reveal new single "Virtue" in the run up to the upcoming album HYMNS.
"Virtue" links up with "The Good News" and "The Love Within" in previewing the band's fifth record.
Although the track touches upon house-splattered lead single "The Love Within", there are minimalist basslines and jagged guitars that nod to earlier days. Once again this is a totally different direction from the previous outing.
HYMNS is out via 29 January 2016 via Infectious Music/BMG.
Bloc Party were recently confirmed in the new wave of additions for SXSW 2016.
