Bleachers, Lucy Dacus and Clairo cover The National's "Bloodbuzz Ohio" at Newport Folk Festival
On Saturday (23 July) Bleachers' Jack Antonoff brought out Lucy Dacus and Clairo to cover The National's "Bloodbuzz Ohio" at Newport Folk Festival.
Following The National's performance at Newport Folk Festival last Friday (22 July), Jack Antonoff decided to cover one of their tracks during his Bleachers performance the next day, and was joined by Lucy Dacus and Clairo.
They covered The National's High Violet track "Bloodbuzz Ohio", which The National also included in their own set the previous day (as well as a new song titled "Space Invader (Threaded Gold)"), and The National's Bryce Dessner wrote on Antonoff's Instagram post, "Thank you for singing bloodbuzz! I wish we could have done it with you all."
