Blaenavon detail debut record That's Your Lot and shared lead single "Orthodox Man".
"That's Your Lot is five years of our lives condensed into 59 minutes of yours," says the band's Ben Gregory. "Youth, capriciousness, duality, duplicity, love, bitterness, fate. Songs from the human core: some malleable, long considered - others pure, direct, cruelly honest. An album to bathe in and appreciate the inevitable end."
The LP was recorded with Grammy winner Jim Abbiss (Adele, Bjork).
"Orthodox Man" links up with already-released single "My Bark Is Your Bite" on the LP. Its video was directed by Francesca Consarino during Blaenavon's first trip to New York City.
Blaenavon recently played a Soirée de Poche show for La Blogothèque, which you can check out now.
The band have a bunch of live dates lined up, including shows with Sundara Karma and Two Door Cinema Club, and a new headline date at London's Heaven on 7 April. Find out more.
