Beyoncé‘s recent self-titled LP - released without announcement last December - has now been certified double platinum.
As ABC News reports, the album has so far sold 2,003,000 copies in the U.S alone, surpassing that of its predecessor 4, which has shifted 1.4 million copies to date. The record’s lead single “Drunk In Love” has also gone platinum.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé is currently embarking on a joint tour with Jay Z.
