Best Kept Secret 2021 has been cancelled
This year's edition of Netherlands' Best Kept Secret festival has been cancelled, and organisers have stated that all tickets will be refunded.
The 2021 Best Kept Secret festival was due to return to Netherlands' Beekse Bergen for the eighth time from 11-13 June, but yesterday (24 February) organisers uploaded a statement to socials confirming that this year's festival will no longer take place.
Organisers wrote, "Unfortunately it is not possible to organise the festival this year to the standards that you can expect from us. We have done everything in our power to achieve a different outcome, but there is too much uncertainty about the early festival season. Moving to a date later in summer turned out to be unfeasible for us."
Those who bought tickets will receive full refunds by 31 March, and can expect an email from the festival's ticket partner Eventim by next Monday (1 March). Those who bought tickets from Beksee Bergen or Festicket will be contacted separately by those ticket providers.
With great regret, we must announce that Best Kept Secret 2021 will not take place. All purchased tickets will be refunded.
