
Bartees Strange, Tasha and Gregory Uhlmann share covers for Secretly Canadian’s 25th anniversary
Two more covers have been shared as part of Secretly Canadian's 25th anniversary Singles series today (17 September), which sees Bartees Strange cover Richard Swift while Tasha and Gregory Uhlmann cover The Chicks.
Following previous SC25 covers by the likes of My Morning Jacket's Jim James, NNAMDÏ, Beach Fossils, Stella Donnelly, Porridge Radio, Skullcrusher and more, Bartees Strange, Tasha and Gregory Uhlmann are the latest artists to contribute to the year-long celebrations.
Bartees Strange has covered "Lady Luck" by the late Richard Swift, white Tasha and Gregory Uhlmann have recorded their version of The Chicks' "Lullaby".
Secretly Canadian aims to raise $250,000 for Bloomington organisation New Hope For Families as part of its year-long 25th anniversary plans via reissues and singles.
