Barbra Streisand buys George Floyd's daughter Disney shares
George Floyd's six-year-old daughter Gianna has gifted Disney shares by the legendary Barbra Streisand.
Gianna Floyd, the six-year-old daughter of George Floyd - who was murdered by Minneapolis police last month - has been made a Disney stockholder thanks to Barbra Streisand.
Over the weekend, Gianna Floyd revealed in a post on Instagram that she was gifted the Disney shares by Barbra Streisand, "Thank You [Barbra Streisand] for my package, I am now a Disney Stockholder thanks to you."

Streisand's generous gift comes after Kanye West set up a 529 education investment plan for George Floyd's daughter earlier this month, as part of his $2million donation that will cover legal costs for the families of Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor.
According to BBC, Disney shares are currently valued at around $115 (£92), and before the COVID-19 pandemic, they were going as high as $150 (£120). It's not clear how many shares Streisand bought for Gianna Floyd.
