Banks & Steelz announce debut record, unleash world-beating single "Giant"
Banks & Steelz, the new project from Interpol frontman Paul Banks and Wu-Tang Clan's RZA, have announced their debut album Anything But Words.
The track follows last month's "Love + War" featuring Ghostface Killah, and was produced by John Hill and Kid Harpoon.
Florence and The Machine, Kool Keith, Method Man, and Masta Killa all make guest appearances on the record.
Speaking about the collaboration, RZA told Rolling Stone: “When I met Paul, I recognized the New York energy he has as a music artist. We got to know each other playing chess and vibing out in the studio. Our talents connected in a unique way and we started writing songs. The outcome was something distinctively different from my previous work, yet with another layer of cool.”
Anything But Words is out 26 August. For more information and tour dates, head to banksandsteelz.com.
