BANKS makes a grand return with dark new single "Fuck With Myself"

"Fuck With Myself" debuted on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show as his World Record, and it shows off a much darker side to BANKS than we've seen before. The accompanying video is rather ace - FKA Twigsy dancing, a bald BANKS bust being tormented and set alight, broken mirrors, masks... do we need much more?

Speaking to Lowe, BANKS revealed that SOHN and DJ Dahi are among the producers she's worked with on the album, and hinted at a change in direction: "This album I wanted to take up space."

"This song is about being your own best friend, your own mother, and your own lover,” she adds of the new single.

BANKS' second record is out 30 September via Harvest. It follows 2014 debut Goddess. The LA native hasn't laid low since the release of her debut record - she appeared on an ace rework of Chet Faker's "1998", dropped solo single "Better", and teamed with TĀLĀ for "Wolfpack".
