Azealia Banks can now add another notch to her belt of online feuds after calling Lily Rose Cooper (nee Lily Allen)’s husband and children “ugly” and accusing her of being “coked up”.
Having previously lashed out at the likes of Angel Haze, The Stone Roses and Rita Ora, she has mostly recently set her sights on Cooper, even go so far as to say that the singer’s husband “looks like a thumb”.
The incident began when one of Banks’ followers tweeted her an apparently unrelated tweet from Cooper, dated April 2012, that read ”YOURE ALL JUST JEALOUS CAUSE IM SOOOOOOOO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL AND HAVE SUCH A PRETTY FACE,”
This, seemingly, was all Banks needed as she tweeted back “weak… she can’t talk though. Not when I met her coked up at yoyo… And NOT with that ugly husband she has.”
Cooper seemed relatively disinterested until Banks commented that “Your husband looks like a thumb”, which caused Cooper to respond by calling Banks “a one hit wonder” and warning that her “totally unnecessary security detail may actually have something to worry about”
Banks continued her tirade, tweeting “LOL ill be a one hit wonder but you have ugly children and a coke habit….. Shhhhhhh.” Luckily though, Cooper put a firm end to the evening’s exchange when she tweeted “It’s official” alongside a picture of some actual beef.
