Azealia Banks accuses Lady Gaga of stealing her song titles
Ever outspoken rapper, Azealia Banks has hit out at Lady Gaga, accusing her of plagiarism. Well, we say “plagiarism”, the intellectual property allegedly stolen involves a song title, and just two words.
As FACT note, Banks was in the studio with Gaga last year where they worked on a track called ‘Red Flame’. That potential collab ended up not leading anywhere, but now a track of the same name appears on the popstar’s upcoming record, ARTPOP.
Predictably, Azealia was hardly pleased, taking to Twitter to criticise the singer, before showing her support for rival Katy Perry, who recently engaged in a chart war with Gaga.
Check out the series of tweets fired out by Banks beneath.
@ladygaga make sure u let them know where u got the title for red flame from. U stole that from the demo I sent u.
