ATP cancel Grizzly Bear-headlining I'll Be Your Mirror event
Earlier this year, All Tomorrow’s Parties were forced to postpone their Grizzly Bear-helmed leg of the I’ll Be Your Mirror festival after two major acts dropped out at the last minute. Now it’s been confirmed that the entire thing has been scrapped altogether.
The event was set to take place earlier this year alongside the Yeah Yeah Yeahs headlined stint, which went ahead as planned at London’s Alexandra Palace. But today We Got Tickets have now sent out an email notifying gig-goers of the news.
The email reads:
Please note that IBYM November date has been cancelled. The organisers of this event would like to pass along to following message:
“ATP and Grizzly Bear have sadly decided to cancel the planned I’ll Be Your Mirror London concert which had been postponed to November. Unfortunately there were problems with the venue and new date. Between us as promoters and the band it’s been decided that it would be wiser to cancel rather than disappoint fans by going ahead with an event that was not up to ATP and the band’s standards.”
We will partially refund you for these tickets. The refund will appear on the card originally used for payment within 3-5 working days.
Best wishes
WeGotTickets
The show was set to take place during November in London.
