Agrikol, the new restaurant from Win Butler and Régine Chassagne of Arcade Fire, is now open in Montréal.
The eatery's a joint venture with Roland Jean and Jen Agg (of The Black Hoof and the Rhum Corner).
The whole thing looks pretty cool, with a menu stuffed with Haitian cuisine and a carefully curated 40-strong rum list (courtesy of David Greig). The cocktail list seems interesting too, with something called a 'Suburban' on the menu at the personal request of Mr. Butler.
Agrikol is open frmo 6pm-3am, with the kitchen closing at midnight.
Check out a review and some pictures of Agrikol over on Baron magazine's website (it's in French).
