Arcade Fire members Régine Chassagne and Win Butler announce birth of first child

Arcade Fire member Régine Chassagne has given birth to her first child with husband and bandmate Win Butler.

As the Le Journal de Montreal report, Chassagne delivered a baby boy last Sunday (21 April). The child was seven pounds at the time of birth.

Arcade Fire are currently working on their fourth album and follow-up to 2010′s The Suburbs. They recently revealed that they’re selling the church-come-recording-studiothat their previous two records were made in.
