Amazon to launch new music streaming service

Online retailers Amazon are to launch their very own streaming service shortly, set to rival the likes of Spotify.
According to The New York Times, the service could launch as early as this week and will be available for free to Amazon Prime subscribers. But while Sony and Warner have completed licensing deals with Amazon, Universal have not, meaning the major label’s artists won’t be available via the service just yet.
