Alfa Mist unveils new single "Organic Rust"
Alfa Mist is back with new single "Organic Rust", the second taster of his upcoming solo album Bring Backs.
After announcing Bring Backs with the lead single "Run Outs" in January, Alfa Mist has returned with a second taster of his new solo album, in the form of new single "Organic Rust".
He says of his new release, "In the UK version of Blackjack the 'Bring Backs' Rule means you can't celebrate your win until the next round is over, "Organic Rust" is a song about being at odds with the idea of success and how that can lead to apathy."
Bring Backs will follow last year's Epoch collaborative album with Emmavie, and marks his first album for ANTI-.
Alfa Mist wrote produced the entire album, which was recorded in London with longtime collaborators Jamie Leeming (guitar), Kaya Thomas-Dyke (bass and vocals), Jamie Houghton (drums) and Johnny Woodham (trumpet).
