Aldous Harding signs to 4AD and shares magnificent new track "Horizon"
New Zealand-based artist Aldous Harding has joined the 4AD (Deerhunter, Future Islands) family and shared new single "Horizon".
The track is her first for her new label, and comes with a striking video by Charlotte Evans starring Harding's own mother performing a "blend of Aikido and physical theatre in the New Zealand hinterland."
Harding's debut album was released in 2014 and given a US reissue last year ahead of her tour with now-labelmates Deerhunter. The follow up is on the way - Harding's working with John Parish (Sparklehorse, PJ Harvey).
Harding has a bunch of live dates planned for the coming months, including a brief run in the UK.
