Alabama Shakes’ frontwoman Brittany Howard is set to release a new single next week via Jack White’s Third Man Records.
The singer will team up with White’s long-time collaborator Ruby Amanfu, who famously features on his track ‘Love Interruption‘.
The pair combine to release a cover of Rodriguez’s ‘I Wonder’ and a version of ‘When My Man Comes Home’ by Memphis Minnie. It’ll come out next Tuesday (12 March).
Jack White, recently unveiled as Ambassador for Record Store Day 2013, has revealed he will re-issue obscure old blues recordings on the label in the future.
