Adele is UK's biggest-selling music export for second year running

Adele has been announced (as if anybody needed confirmation) as the UK’s biggest global seller for the second year in a row.
The star, who recently revealed that she’s slowly starting her next album, sold nearly 10 million records overseas during 2012.
She wasn’t, however, the top selling British artist in the U.S though. That feat went to One Direction, who released latest record Take Me Home and re-issued their debut.
MusicWeek say that The Rolling Stones, Muse, Coldplay and Ed Sheeran were all also in the top ten.
