Adele, Ed Sheeran and Inflo lead 2022 Ivor Novello nominations

The 2022 Ivor Novello awards nominations have been announced, and are led by Adele, Ed Sheeran and Inflo.

Dean ‘Inflo’ Josiah Cover leads this year's Ivor Novello nominations after being nominated in the Best Album and Best Contemporary Song categories for his work with Little Simz, SAULT and Cleo Sol. Ed Sheeran follows Inflo with three nominations across the Most Performed Work and Songwriter of the Year categories.

Adele has been nominated for two Ivor Novello awards this year, including Best Song Musically and Lyrically for "Easy On Me" and Songwriter of the Year. Other Sogwriter of the Year nominees include RAYE, Dave and Coldplay.

PinkPantheress also ties with Adele with two nominations in the Best Contemporary Song and Rising Star Award categories.

The winners will be announced at the 67th presentation of the Ivor Novello Awards at London's Grosvenor House on 19 May. Check out the full list of nominnations below.
