Actor John C. Reilly to play London show with bluegrass band
American actor John C. Reilly, perhaps best known for his lead role in music biopic satire Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, has announced a London show for his bluegrass band.
The John Reilly and Friends show will take place at St Giles In The Fields Church in London on 7 February, organised by those behind the ever-brilliant Black Cab Sessions.
The team-up came about after Reilly left an answermachine message for the organisers, reminding them of the time he drove the famous taxi for their session with Jack White and proceeding to request a show while he’s in London.
They, obviously, granted his wish and now tickets for the intimate gig are on sale here.
