A$AP Rocky sued for allegedly hitting female fan
A$AP Mob leader A$AP Rocky was charged with assault on a female fan last year, after an alleged incident at Jay Z’s Made in America festival.
The alleged attack took place when Rocky entered the crowd mid-set at the Philadelphia event in September, with the rapper accused of landing an “open-hand slap” to the face of one Lisamarie Wade.
Rocky dodged charges at the time as Wade was unable to provide an address for the Harlem native. Now, however, she’s suing the rapper for $75,000. Wade alleges that the injuries sustained prevent her from “enjoy[ing] society with her minor child as a young, single mother”.
A similar incident occurred in Sydney back in July of last year when footage surfaced of Rocky also supposedly slapping a female fan.
