Influential label, 4AD are to be the subject of a new book focussing on its long and iconic history.
The imprint, set up in 1979 by Ivo Watts-Russell and Peter Kent, has gone on to release records by the Pixies, Bauhaus, Cocteau Twins, as well as more recently Grimes, Bon Iver, The National and more.
The printed account, entitled Facing the Other Way and penned by music journalist Martin Aston, will give an historic overview along with exclusive interviews with those on the inside – including exclusive owner Watts-Russell himself.
