Keanu Reeves’ band Dogstar announce their first album in two decades
Dogstar – the trio of guitarist and vocalist Bret Domrose, drummer Rob Mailhouse, and bassist Keanu Reeves – have returned with their first new song in over two decades.
"Everything Turns Around" is the first taste of their forthcoming album, Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees.
“We are so excited to re-introduce Dogstar with our new single "Everything Turns Around,"” says Dogstar. “It feels like a fun summer song to us. It has an uplifting message and a positive vibe that hopefully makes your day a little bit lighter. It’s one of our favourite songs to play live and can’t wait to share it on our upcoming tour.”
Dogstar recently reunited at Napa Valley's BottleRock festival for their first live show since 2002. The following month, they headlined the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood.
They released their debut album Our Little Visionary in 1996, followed by its follow-up record Happy Ending in 2000. Next month, Dogstar will kick off their headline tour in North America and Japan in support of the forthcoming album.
