Jorja Smith to play first headline show at The O2 for venue’s 20th birthday
Jorja Smith has joined The O2’s 20th birthday line-up, with a headline show set for 17 July 2027. It will be her first headline at the London arena and her only UK arena date of 2027.
The two-time BRIT Award winner is the latest addition to a summer 2027 run that already includes Maisie Peters on 8 May, Shreya Ghoshal on 4 June, and Don Omar on 5 July – with further names still to be announced.
Smith said the booking felt like “a huge honour” and pointed to the arena’s history. “It’s a venue that has hosted so many incredible artists and unforgettable moments over the years, so to be part of this milestone feels really special,” she said. “I’m excited to celebrate with you all.”
Christian D’Acuna, Vice President of Programming at The O2, added: “We are so pleased to welcome Jorja Smith, for what will be her only UK arena performance of 2027, to our ever-growing 20th birthday line-up. The show will be Jorja’s first-ever headline performance at the venue, making it a special moment both for us at The O2 and for her fans.”
The 29-year-old singer broke through with “Blue Lights” and has since collaborated with Stormzy, Kendrick Lamar, Burna Boy, and Childish Gambino.
