Jamie T reveals plans for sixth album Ghosts (100 Days of Morning), featuring production from Damon Albarn
British singer-songwriter Jamie T has announced his upcoming album, Ghosts (100 Days of Morning), and shared the opener "3310".
Ghosts (100 Days of Morning) follows Jamie T's 2022 album The Theory of Whatever. The eleven-track collection of songs sees the artist confronting his own ghosts from the past, detailing love, loss and nostalgia, with "3310" arriving as the first preview.
Ghosts (100 Days of Morning) has seen Jamie T pair up with a range of collaborators on production, including Damon Albarn. Speaking about the album, he: “Everyone has a part of themselves they keep at arm's length, even from the people they love. 'Ghosts' to me is about seeing that version of yourself for the first time in a long time and trying to hold on to it. This album is me trying to find that again.”
Since releasing The Theory of Whatever, Jamie T has played his largest-ever headline show at Finsbury Park and collaborated with Fred Again on “Lights Burn Dimmer”, a reimagining of his 2023 track “Hippodrome”. In addition to the album, has also announced a one-off performance at Scala this Thursday, 20 August.
