
Iceland Airwaves announce the first speakers for their 2024 conference programme
Iceland Airwaves have shared the first speakers for their conference programme, as the festival prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2024.
Grammy-nominated journalist and broadcaster David Fricke has written about music for more than four decades and is a four-time winner of the ASCAP-Deems Taylor Award for excellence in music journalism. Elsewhere, ATC Live agent Caitlin-Finn who works with an international roster of 22 artists, will be at the conference. Lauren Down, Managing Director of End of the Road Festival, Vice President Global Touring, Elliott Lefko, has worked for AEG/Goldenvoice for the last 20 years and has been Sigur Rós’ North American promoter for over a decade will also make an appearance.
The conference names join the the likes of musical acts such as bar italia, Magdalena Bay, Mandy, Indiana, Saya Gray, Alice Longyu Gao, cumgirl8, GDRN, Hildur, Lynks, Monobloc, MRCY, Overmono, Personal Trainer, Wu-Lu, and Shygirl.
Iceland Airwaves runs from 7-9 November 2024 in Reykjavik.
