Hotel Lux share Christmas single 'The Carvery"
Hotel Lux have released their brand new festive single, "The Carvery", which is as much an ode to Nigella Lawson as a sardonic take on Christmas spirit.
Hotel Lux released their acclaimed debut album Hands Across The Creek earlier this year, and this festive single follows recent album-bonus-track, "Vice".
"Our contender for Christmas number one. Last year we were challenged to muster up a Christmas tune in a day at RAK studios. We wanted to appeal to that Christmas nostalgia, a bit of Slade, a bit of The Pogues. This year we’re releasing it for all the world to stream. Let’s toast Nigella"
The band are due to hit the road for a short run of dates next month including stops in Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, and Leeds. Tomorrow (1 December), they play at Oslo in London.
"The Carvery" is out now. For more information on their live dates, visit dice.fm.
