Hinds present new bonus single, "Bats"
Madrid-based indie duo Hinds – AKA Carlotta Cosials and Ana Perrote – have released the standalone single, "Bats".
The band says of the track: “we wrote ‘BATS’ the week after watching ANOTHER ROUND (DRUK) in the movies. we couldn’t stop thinking about it, especially the last scene where Mad Mikkelsen starts dancing frenetically until he jumps fully dressed to the water. ‘BATS’ is accepting everything is blurry and confusing. in spanish and in english. it’s a dance with your darkest thoughts. a dance with your ugliest demons.”
The band has begun a world-wide tour in support of VIVA HINDS, kicking off in the US next week. Having played sold-out London shows in May and September, Hinds will return to the UK in early 2025 for a full headline tour, starting in Brighton on 17 February and ending at London's Electric Ballroom on 26 February.
"Bats" is out now. Visit hinds.os for information on their forthcoming tour dates.
