Hannah Diamond, Danny L Harle, Real Lies and more feature on TDJ's self-titled album
Montreal artist TDJ has announced the forthcoming self-titled album, alongside the release of new single, "Where Is My Angel".
Grappling with the need to ground herself amid constant motion, the new track captures the disorienting mix of distance and lucidity that defines life on the road. “I needed to feel some kind of clarity out of this unpredictable life path I was embracing,” TDJ reflects on her rewarding yet taxing touring schedule.
The result is a body of work engineered for release: for cracked hearts, cloudy heads, and anyone chasing a jolt of feeling in a numb era. “I felt the need to slow down and really take the time to work on this one,” she explains. With features that include hyperpop masterminds Danny L Harle, Hannah Diamond and 8485, as well as an appearance from euphoric club figureheads Real Lies and more, the album is poppier and more intimate.
TDJ will be released on 27 June via Collection Disque Durs / All Night Long, and is available to pre-order now.
