Hand Habits covers Perfume Genius live in session for Best Fit
Hand Habits, the moniker of Los Angeles-based Meg Duffy, covers Perfume Genius' No Shape song "Valley" live in session exclusively for Best Fit in collaboration with Crouch End Studios.
Speaking about the cover choice, Duffy tells Best Fit: "I chose the song "Valley" by Perfume Genius because I think it’s a perfect song. I’ve been playing in the band for nearly four years, and I’m still moved every time we play this song. I think it captures a very specific feeling, that really touches and moves me. I won’t describe the feeling because that’s what the song is for! I can almost picture the three flowers."
Back in June Hand Habits released their latest EP Sugar the Bruise via Fat Possum, and in September they teamed up with Gregory Uhlmann as Duffy x Uhlmann to release their debut album Doubles.
