Hak Baker links up with goddard on "Keep Running"
London-based artist Hak Baker has released the brand new single, "Keep Running" which features British producer goddard.
The original version of "Run" is lifted from Hak Baker's debut album, Worlds End FM, which is a collection of songs that have been compiled from sessions with Speedy Wunderground’s Dan Carey and Misfits producer Ali Bla Bla.
"I didn’t think there was a way to make Run sound more epic but then along came goddard. I remember the first time listening to this in the car as I almost crashed!," Baker says. "The timing was great as it came in just as I started my headline tours across Germany, UK and Ireland and I thought the fans needed to hear this beast, so I started playing it in the set...every time we played it the venues nearly split in half so I knew we had to release it.”
Award winning British producer goddard, adds: “Being able to work with an artist like Hak has been very fulfilling. It’s crazy to see the response of his fans all losing it to DNB at his shows at the moment. Hopefully we might even bring in new fans from alternative genres with more collaborations like these”.
The official video, filmed by James Topley on tour, who has been following Hak Baker’s story through video for five years, captured the chaos at every show.
Worlds End FM is out on 9 June via Hak Attack Records, AWAL.
