Deer Shed Festival has confirmed the final programme of music, comedy, talks, and more for its sixteenth edition, returning to North Yorkshire between 24-26 July.

The latest artists to join the music line-up include grunge-pop singer-songwriter Gretel, Tenderness, the alt-folk project of Peggy Sue’s Katy Beth Young, indie songwriting collective Rail Replacement Bus Service, in addition to newly announced Deer Shed x EMI North Apply to Play winners, alt-folk seven piece The Slow Country and electronic dance music experimentalist Crimewave, alongside Yorkshire-born atmospheric electronic artist Kloyd, Romy Taylor and Araya from Leeds Conservatoire.

Her Orange Coat is also set to host an interactive songwriting workshop, while singer and multi-instrumentalist Angeline Morrison will lead fireside singing sessions and Hench Wenches will offer ceilidh-inspired events as part of the programme.

Today, comedians Molly McGuinness, Patrick Monahan, Rachel Baker, LEKIDDO - Lord of The Lobsters, and Francisco de Nata have also been announced as part of this year's comedy schedule. For the Literary & Spoken word programme, a special conversation will be held between festival headliners Stewart Lee and Sleaford Mods in addition to live, special guest editions of podcasts 101 Part Time Jobs and Do I Detect A Problem?. For guests looking for a film fix, the Cinema and Theatre programme is inspired by 2026’s theme, Into The Labyrinth, and will feature curated shorts from Sheffield Doc Fest, London International Animation Festival and a collection of maze-related classics.

Elsewhere, a number of late-night experiences are scheduled for Deer Shed After Dark, while installations and family-friendly activities are set as part of the festival's extensive Outdoor Programme.

The newly announced artists and events complete Deer Shed's 2026 programme, which is already set to host a stacked line-up of talent, including bar italia, Boko Yout, Sorry, Madra Salach, Getdown Services, and more.

Speaking about the latest reveals, Deer Shed Director Megan Evans shares: “We’re absolutely thrilled to unveil the final names joining Deer Shed Festival 2026 and share the full programme for what’s shaping up to be our biggest and most ambitious year yet! Alongside an already action-packed weekend, we’re adding even more music, arts, literature, comedy and family experiences across the site — there really is something around every corner at Deer Shed.

"With headliners Sleaford Mods, Say She She and Everything Everything leading the charge, plus an incredible mix of new discoveries, festival favourites and immersive experiences, this summer feels like a real celebration of everything people love about Deer Shed. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Baldersby Park for what promises to be our best festival yet.”
