"For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy": FLO announce second album, Therapy at the Club

07 May 2026, 20:27 | Written by Kayla Sandiford

R&B trio FLO have revealed the details of their upcoming album, Therapy at the Club, and released title track "Therapy at the Club".

Therapy at the Club follows FLO's 2024 debut Access All Areas, which saw them land a GRAMMY nomination and a MOBO award for Best R&B and Soul act. The title track arrives as the second preview of the album, after lead single, "leak it", continuing to tease a more personal work from the trio.

Therapy at the Club explores desire, heartbreak, confidence, and healing with a dark R&B and pop sound. The album was written alongside Amy Allen (Olivia Dean), Steph Jones (Sabrina Carpenter, JADE), Julian Bunetta (Teddy Swims, Gracie Abrams), and Boy Matthews (TWICE, Zayn), and
features contributions from previous collaborators including Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter.

Speaking about the album, FLO share: “We’re incredibly proud to finally share Therapy at the Club, our sophomore album with the world. It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us, it’s been a labour of love. For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more
understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out…that's the vibe!

"We’ve been very hands on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that's made it even more meaningful to us. This album represents where we are right now - honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!"
