During Fontaines DC's Reading Festival set over the weekend, the group brought out a 16-year-old fan called Dexter, who joined them on guitar for "Boys In The Better Land".
16-year-old Dexter was holding up a sign in the crowd asking to join them for "Boys In The Better Land", and after being picked out, Fontaines welcomed the fan onstage to perform their Dogrel track.
Dexter also spoke about the moment to Dork, revealing that it was the "most surreal moment of my life."
When asked if he would win in a fight against Alex from Glastonbury (the fan who joined Dave at Glastonbury 2019 to perform "Thiago Silva"), Dexter replied, "Oh, absolutely no. No chance."
