Folk Bitch Trio debut final album teaser, "Hotel TV"
Folk Bitch Trio have shared "Hotel TV" as the final advance track to be taken from their debut album, Now Would Be A Good Time.
In keeping with Now Would Be A Good Time’s chronicling of the brutally familiar moments at the end of relationships, “Hotel TV” is a hypnotic, late-night reverie about “having a sex dream about somebody else while next to your partner, and your partner being a liar,” explains Pilkington.
Speaking of the song’s video, Pilkington says, “Our vibe check for the music video was dire country town, bored and cheeky, loosely inspired by both our childhoods and what we’ve had to do for fun touring regional Australia."
Folk Bitch Trio return to the UK this summer for a headline tour which includes a London show at The Lexington on 26 August, and will also make an appearance at All Points East and Green Man festival.
Now Would Be A Good Time, is set for release on 25 July via Jagjaguwar, and is available to pre-order now.
