Flesh Creep release new song, "Flake"
Flesh Creep have released "Flake", the newest single from their upcoming EP, Glimmer.
"Flake" follows the previous pop-inspired single "Bubblegum" as a more "venomous" cut from the EP. On the track, vocalist Tom Patrick criticises the nature of online misinformation against restless guitar and percussion.
Speaking about how the single came to be, Flesh Creep share, “The instruments for 'Flake' were written after attending a Palestine benefit show at Centrala in June 2024. It was one of those shows where you just had to be there - Scowl, Pest Control & how people came together in particular, left a lasting impression. The intention for ‘Flake’, was to create something that hopefully brings people together, gets them moving, and gives them something to jump to.”
Glimmer is released on 17 July via Music For Nations
