FAUZIA signs to Mexican Summer and reveals plans for upcoming EP, I Was Here For a Moment
London-based multidisciplinary artist FAUZIA has announced her signing to Mexican Summer, her new EP, I Was Here For a Moment, and released lead single, "Without me".
As the latest signee to Mexican Summer, FAUZIA joins the likes of Connan Mockasin, Merce Lemon, Iceage, and more. I Was Here For A Moment is set to follow her 2023 breakout EP flashes in time, with dream-pop love song "Without me" landing today as "the heart" of the new EP.
On I Was Here For a Moment, FAUZIA combines her influences, ranging from jungle to shoegaze, across four tracks. With instrumental contributions from Justin Felton and Maddie Ashman on guitar, Tommy Impey and Lester St. Louis on bass, and Oscar Henfrey on drums, the collection of songs serves an expansive next chapter for the singer, producer, and DJ.
