
Eurosonic Noorderslag reveals full Focus on Spain programme for 2023
The full Focus on Spain programme for Eurosonic Noorderslag 2023 has been revealed ahead of the festival taking place in Groningen, The Netherlands next month.
The Focus on Spain programme will feature 15 acts from nine different areas of Spain, including Andalucia, Navarra, Balearics, Murcia, Catalonia, Madrid, Galicia, Valencia and Basque Country. The names include Ghouljaboy, Marta Knight, Shanghai Baby (aka Hinds' Ade Martín), Maestro Espada, Mainline Magic Orchestra, Zetak, Lava Fizz, Kokoshca, Mundo Prestigio, Queralt Lahoz, Irenegarry, Merina Gris, Marina Herlop, Tanxugueiras and Yo Diablo.
Today (22 December) the full Focus on Spain programme has been confirmed, which will feature a conference programme that explores the music industry in Spain, as well as the Meet The Spaniards! Mixer & Fiesta.

The conference will include a Keynote interview with Robert Grima, President Live Nation Spain, a presentation by Brij Gosai of Pollstar about "Spain's music industry power and diversity", a panel by the Spanish Copyright Society foundation "showing and explaining the latest (and more to come) amazing local and global cases of success of Spanish record labels, publishers-syncros, record distribution and Spanish leadership in artists rights collection", and a discussion about Spain being a festival nation.
Eurosonic Noorderslag will take place from 18-21 January 2023 in Groningen, The Netherlands. Tickets are on sale now at esns.nl.
