Enny unveils new single "No More Naija Men"
Enny is back with "No More Naija Men", her first new single of 2023.
Enny has delivered her first single of the year, "No More Naija Men", which is produced by Emil and lands with a Otis Dominique-directed video.
"No More Naija Men" is Enny's first new release since joining YENDRY on "KI-KI" in December last year, and marks her first outing as the lead artist since "Champagne Problems" arrived in October 2022.
"I had writer's block at the end of 2021," Enny explains. "Then I had my first session with Emil, he’d been playing through some sick beats. Then, I hear these beautiful bongo drums alongside 4 simple chords. I was sold. The head bopping & writing began. This song is a processing of things observed and felt. Conversations on interracial & intercultural love. And the ultImate conclusion that Nigerian men are mad. I want to keep alive the art of rapping and bring listeners into an unfamiliar yet familiar sound."
She's yet to follow up 2021's Under Twenty Five EP.
