Emmy Meli announces new EP, All About Love
Emmy Meli has shared the details of her upcoming second EP, All About Love, and released new single, “Other Things”.
The new EP arrives after Emmy Meli’s 2021 breakout single “I Am Woman” and her debut EP Hello Stranger, as well as performances alongside JoJo, Hayley Kiyoko, and Fletcher. New single “Other Things” arrives as the first preview of All About Love, alongside a live acoustic performance of the track.
Speaking about the EP, Meli shares: “All About Love was written while I was 23 and single for the first REAL time in my adult life cause I’d been a serial dater. I was reading All About Love by Bell Hooks trying to find a new perspective on womanhood, my femininity, and feminism, while decentering men from the forefront of my thinking. I discovered a new world of friendship, a new world of self, a new kind of soulmate, and a whole lot of love.”
To support the release, Meli will also be playing a run of special EP launch shows, with dates in West Hollywood, Brooklyn, and a London appearance on 4 March at The Social.
All About Love is released on 13 February
