Eels have released "Congratulations To Me", the latest single from their upcoming album, COOKIE HAPPENED.

"Congratulations To Me" follows previous singles "Cap In Hand", "All Forgotten", and "I'm On Standby" as the fourth preview of the band's upcoming sixteenth album.

Speaking about the track, E (Mark Oliver Everett) says: "This is someone who has reached a breaking point and is celebrating it, but not in a defeated way, more of a 'why did I care about stuff that doesn’t matter that much, I’m finally liberated’ way. Or something.”
