Doja Cat teases her return with a date for new music
After months of trolling fans over her forthcoming new music, Doja Cat has finally revealed its release date.
The news comes after Doja Cat appeared to tease an album title, last month, following the trolling she had been doing for the majority of this year, leading fans to believe that she was making a rock album; returning to her rap roots after stating that she was bored of making pop music; and then moving into an experimental jazz era.
Now, in a photo posted to her socials, Doja has revealed that her next single will be released this week. A title hasn’t been officially announced, but the accidental release of a pre-save link suggests the song will be called, “Attention.”

“Attention” will mark Doja Cat’s first solo release of the year, and just her second offering after appearing on SZA’s “Kill Bill” remix. Her most recent album, Planet Her, arrived in 2021.
"Attention" is set for release on 16 June.
