Doja Cat acknowledges Central Cee's "Doja" track
Doja Cat has acknowledged Central Cee's July single "Doja" during a recent Instagram Livestream, saying the lyrics about her are "funny".
Last month Central Cee dropped his latest single "Doja", and Doja Cat has responded to the song's existence in a recent Instagram Live.
Speaking about Central Cee's song, which includes the lyrics "Somebody tell Doja Cat / That I'm tryna indulge in that," she said, "I wasn't going to say anything about the Central Cee thing but it's really funny that somebody just said, 'I'm trying to indulge in that.' I'm too fucked up to not mention that it's very funny. 'Indulge in that' is funny. I'm sorry. It is. It's funny. I wasn't going to say anything. I was going to be superior. I was going to be superior, I was going to be above it. I was going to rise above, but then I saw that and it's actually great."
He's not the first rapper to name songs after star, following $NOT and A$AP Rocky's "Doja" track that landed earlier this year.
