Dizzee Rascal links up with JME and D Double E on "What You Know About That"
British music legend Dizzee Rascal has linked up with London Grime heavyweights JME and D Double E for his brand new single, "What You Know About That".
Having recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of his Mercury Award winning debut, Boy In Da Corner, the BRIT, Ivor Novello, BET, MOBO, NME, and NTA award winning Dizzee Rascal shares the brand new single, "What You Know About That".
Following on from his 2023 track "How Did I Get So Calm", the new release is the second single from Dizzee’s upcoming record Don’t Take It Personal. Dizzee is joined by fellow East London born heavyweights D Double E, and JME to bring together a melting pot of noughties Jungle, Garage and Rap.
Alongside the single, the record is accompanied by a nostalgia-inducing visual, directed by Oliver Jennings (Wiley, Skepta, Stormzy and Nines), evoking the sentimental memory of infrared phones, Classic Snake, and the qwerty-keyboard.
Dizzee will be setting off around the UK/EU tour next month in celebration of the new record, with dates in London, Glasgow, Paris and more. Dizzee Rascal will also headline London’s South Facing festival in Crystal Palace on 3 August.
Dizzee Rascal's eighth studio album, Don't Take It Personal, is set for release on 9 February.
