Dirty Three announce album of demos and live recordings, Ulterior Motives
Australian trio Dirty Three have revealed plans for their upcoming album, Ulterior Motives, and released a radio recording of their song "Better Go Home Now".
Ulterior Motives is a collection of demos and live radio recordings from a formative period for Dirty Three. It was originally available in 2012 as a limited edition CD sold exclusively at live shows, offering a glimpse into the band's early years.
Alongside the announcement, Dirty Three have shared a recording of their track "Better Go Home Now", originally released in 1994 on their self-titled album and captured live at Sydney's JJJ Radio studios soon after.
Dirty Three are currently looking ahead at a tour of the United Kingdom and Europe, kicking off ahead of the release of Ulterior Motives. The tour will begin in Geneva on 28 October, continuing through Oslo, Berlin, and more with an appearance at Le Guess Who? Festival in Utrecht, before concluding in London at Electric Ballroom on 10 November.
