Desire unveil new single, “Just Another Love Song”
Montreal synth-pop duo Desire have released "Just Another Love Song", the latest preview of their upcoming fourth album.
“Just Another Love Song” follows previous single "Summer Skin", and arrives just ahead of the pair's extensive tour across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe, which kicks off on 12 September in Calgary, Canada. Written and produced by producer and multi-instrumentalist Johnny Jewel, the track sees vocalist Megan Louise positioned as a femme fatale chronicling a great love affair.
Speaking about the music video, which is directed by Desire and shows them exploring the darker side of the story, Louise shares: “Every love story needs a villain. I wanted to be her.”
